The Via Christi Green Team: Facilitates communication with frontline staff concerning environmental issues. Provides input on environmental issues that may affect Via Christi. Identiies areas for energy and other utilities conservation. Identifies opportunities, builds a business case, and implements recycling programs. Promotes and builds enthusiasm in the hospital for environmental performance, programs, and changes. Makes recommendations for continual improvements in the hospital’s environmental performance. Assists in the implementation and maintenance of the Via Christi Environmental Management System. show less
