Kansas Department of Corrections Triple R

We have had a very active recycling program for several years, Since FY05 alone, we have recycled a total of 2,032 lbs of aluminum cans, 32.10 Tons of mixed paper and 79.77 Tons of cardboard. We are currently looking to find someone to recycle tires so we can add that to our items that we actively recycle.

All buildings here have some type of receptacle designated for recycling items

records indicate that in FY94 recycling was being done at this location
