Recycling program has been in place in Department of Revenue for many years. The department continues to recycle large amounts of shredded documents daily. Consistently we have encouraged employees to recycle by placing boxes in areas marked specifically for recycling of paper. Department of Administration DFM has provided large recycling bins on every floor located next to the freight elevator. Enhancements made recently by KDHE and green team efforts provided even more options for recycling by placement of bins for aluminum cans, plastic bottles, magazines and catalogs. show less
