Kansas Dept. of Health and Environment North Central District Office Green Team
The NCDO Green Team is made up of a group of individuals that are dedicated to the recycling effort. Together, we have made a difference through training, to generate awareness about recycling. Team members include: Jon Jones (Waste Program), Kriste Rietcheck (Office Manager), Howard Debauche (Remediation Program), Jennifer Nichols (Air Program), Gary Edgerton (Information Technology).
show lessAreas for recycling include, next to the office coffee pot, next to the office soda machines, and just outside the offices of the Bureau of Childcare & Health Facilities.

THe materials being recycled include: Brown glass, green glass, clear glass, tin cans, aluminum cans, plastic containers, magazines, catalogs, periodicals, newspaper, white paper, mish-mosh, cardboard, and rechargible batteries.
