Kansas Real Estate Commission

We are a very small office and don't have the large volumn of waste as some of the larger offices. I take the cardboard and plastic to the public recyclers when necessary. We have 2 bins from Shred-It that we recycle all paper products. All aluminum cans are taken home by 2 employees and recycled. All of our ink cartridges come from Cartridge King and we use reconditioned when possible. Everyone in the office tries to use the back of scrap paper for rough drafts. Our Shred-It statement this month states we have saved 18 trees this year thru recycling. I am sure there are other things we can do to improve and we look forward to hearing what others are doing for the cause. Janet show less
