The SRS Strategic Development Green Team is very committed to recycling cans, plastic, cardboard, and paper. We have been recycling cans and paper (newspaper, catalogs, magazines, and paper - colored and white) for the past five years. Since our building houses conference rooms for state offices to utilize for training and meetings, we are very committed with having recepticles available for all of our facility users to use for recyling. Where: 

Can recycle bins are currently located in the public and staff break rooms. Paper recycling bins are located in the lobby of the SRS Learning Center, staff offices, and in bins back by the staff break room. As of January 15, 2008, we will have paper, cans, and plastic recycle bins in the lobby of the SRS Learning Center for our facility users and staff to utilize. We will also be getting a cardboard recycle bin to be located at the back of the SRS Learning Center to place cardboard in.

When: 

We currently have been recycling cans and paper for the past five years (2002). We will begin recycling plastic along with the cans and paper by January 15, 2008.

What: 

We will be recycling plastic, cardboard, paper (magazines, color/white paper and cardstock, newspapers), cans. We will be recycling plastic water bottles and regular cardboard.
